Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our sensory products made with food-grade ingredients and the emphasis on safety and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items or products containing such materials (eg: clay dough, pasta, rice, chickpeas, snow, dirt, corn etc.). This ensures the quality and safety of all products reaching our customers.
Replacement or Refund Options
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective product or your order has a missing item, we are happy to assist with the following options:

Replacement: A replacement for the defective or missing item.

Gift Card: A gift card of equivalent value to be used for future purchases on our website.
Return Queries
To ensure prompt resolution, we kindly request that all return or replacement queries be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Additional Notes
- For defective items, you may be asked to share a photograph or video to help us understand the problem and ensure a swift resolution.
- All replacements are subject to stock availability. In case the product is unavailable, we will issue a gift card or refund at our discretion within 10 days of decision.
All requests for returns/exchange shall be scrutinised in detail by Lattooland in accordance with its policies and practices. Lattooland shall not have any obligation to accept the return/exchange of products delivered, but it may accept requests for returns/exchange at its discretion.
In case a request for return/exchange of products is approved by Lattooland, the products will be picked up at the delivery address to which the products were originally delivered by Lattooland.
In the event that your request for return of a product is approved, Lattooland will issue a Gift card of the same value or lesser as agreed. In the event that your request for exchange of a product is approved, Lattooland will facilitate the exchange for the product supplied to you.
In case the package is returned to us after attempted delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing order, we will charge the customer the additional charges we had to bear to have the item(s) packaged and shipped again. The order package cannot be cancelled after attempted delivery and neither will a credit note be issued for the same.
We will try our best to stick to the colors of the products on our website. However, one must take note that computer displays often vary from screen to screen and what is rendered on one computer screen sometimes looks slightly different on another computer screen. As a result, what you might receive might look slightly different in terms of texture, design or color. This perceived difference, if any, will be because of the differences in screen color rendering.
Any return requests have to be sent to us within 48 hours of receipt of product.
